The "Arco" floor lamp, designed in the mid-20th century by Italian brothers Achille and Pier Giacomo Castiglioni, features a bright light on a large, movable steel stem that connects back to a marble base.

Murano glass table lamps

Estimated market value: $950

A mid-century glass lamp crafted on the famed Italian island of Murano could net you $1,000 or more on the resale market. A stunning light blue piece from the 1950s, crafted by glassmaker Seguso, with traditional scalloped edges and fine attention to detail, recently sold on eBay for $950.

Anthony California lotus flower lamp

Estimated market value: $800

Hollywood Regency-style lamps featuring ornate and movable flower petals are having a moment, and pieces from Anthony California, in particular, both floor and table lamps, have been known to sell for hundreds.

A well-preserved lotus flower floor lamp from the 70s is currently attracting a lot of attention on eBay with an asking price of nearly $800.

Bradley & Hubbard stained-glass lamp

Estimated market value: $550

Antique stained-glass lamps from a range of designers can net you a big payday, and pieces from Bradley & Hubbard, a manufacturer that got its start in the mid-19th century, hold particular value today.

The company's stained-glass pieces regularly sell for $400 to $500, and a stunning cream and caramel-colored lamp from the early 20th century is currently listed for $550.

1980s Harris Industries flower lamp

Estimated market value: $275

Harris Industries also created some floral-inspired lamps that are worth serious cash to collectors today, like a 1985 brass table lamp with stunning lily-like shades that recently sold online for $275.

The company released a range of flower lamps in the '80s, with shapes inspired by lilies, tulips, and more, and well-kept versions regularly sell for well over $100.

Indiana Glass fairy lamp

Estimated market value: $225

Around the mid-20th century, fairy glass lamps, which tend to feature lively colors and intricate designs on glass shades meant to be placed over a candle's flame, had a bit of a heyday as Indiana Glass began releasing them as fun, decorative accent pieces.

Today, an Indiana Glass piece kept in good condition can easily sell for a few hundred dollars. A colonial blue piece from the 1960s recently sold on eBay for $225.

Ralph Lauren porcelain table lamp

Ralph Lauren porcelain table lamps, often decorated with stunning cobalt blue patterns over white porcelain, are still made today — and new ones will cost you well over $1,000.
