Plenty of people continue working well into their 80s. sometimes for structure, sometimes just to stay connected to the world, and sometimes to lower financial stress.

With diminished mobility and energy, reality is your options do narrow. But plenty of job opportunities do remain. Many work roles and companies and are open to open to hiring older workers, especially in flexible, part-time, or lower-impact positions.
