Many people love going to Chipotle for a spicy burrito packed with just what they desire. Others take that love to the next level by working for the company.
Recently, Chipotle made working for the fast-casual restaurant even more enticing. The company has rolled out a fresh take on benefits for its workforce.
If you're looking to make extra money, here's more on the new employee benefits — and a recap of some other existing Chipotle perks.

1. A new 401(k) match for those with student loans
Chipotle will encourage employees to use the SoFi® Student Loan Verification service to make student loan payments. In return, the restaurant chain will offer a company match of up to 4% of the employee’s salary in the worker’s 401(k) account.
The program allows employees to pay off student loans while helping them prepare for retirement. This new perk grew out of the federal Securing a Strong Retirement Act, better known as SECURE 2.0.
2. Financial wellness education
Another cool feature the new relationship with SoFi provides is access to the SoFi at Work Dashboard.
This dashboard offers a financial education tool that allows employees to learn more about improving their financial well-being.
After assessing an employee’s financial outlook, the tool provides suggestions for improving financial health and well-being.
3. Access to mental health resources
Perhaps one of the most important features of Chipotle’s new benefits program is access to mental health resources.
Chipotle has partnered with CuraLinc Healthcare to offer employees six free sessions with a licensed counselor or mental health coach. The effort is part of a new employee assistance program named SupportLinc.
