Customers looking to take advantage of the all-you-can-eat deal have two options.

Any order of an IHOP breakfast combo comes with a free short stack of buttermilk pancakes as all-you-can-eat for no additional cost. The additional pancakes are served two at a time. For the real pancake lovers out there, you can also opt to order a full stack of buttermilk pancakes for just $5, with additional pancakes coming your way two at a time.

Why now?

According to IHOP, the endless pancake deal usually takes place at the beginning of the year as customers look to save on dining costs after the holiday season.

This year, the chain is changing it up to offer all-you-can-eat pancakes coinciding with back-to-school season "when schedules are tight, and wallets are pinched from shopping."

So if you're looking for a budget-friendly way to dine out during this costly time of year, IHOP is making it easier than ever to do so.

Other limited-time IHOP offers

In January, the restaurant also launched its Pancake of the Month deal for even more monthly promotions. This means customers can expect a new flavor available as a full stack, side, or pancake combo every month.

Earn 10 loyalty points when you order twice or more in one month and 100 points when you order every month in a given year. Redeem three of those points for a short stack of pancakes.

This month's latest flavor was Fresh Red, White, and Blueberry: four buttermilk pancakes topped with fresh strawberries, fresh blueberries, and whipped cream. Today is the final day to snag those flapjacks, but we can't wait to indulge in August's Pancake of the Month: Lemon Oreo.
