5-year resale value: 61%
The Jeep Wrangler has an iconic off-road design, but Car and Driver also says it’s a bit cramped inside, which may affect your decision to buy one if you need space.

5-year resale value: 61%
Car reviewer Edmunds praises the Subaru Crosstrek for its roomy interior, although that spaciousness doesn’t seem to extend to its compact cargo space.
8. Ford Maverick
5-year resale value: 61.7%
The compact Maverick pickup truck from Ford offers great value in a hybrid truck. However, Motortrend notes it has short seat cushions.

Honda’s Civic sedan has some great exterior styling, according to Car and Driver. But it may lack the power you need to really get moving.
6. Toyota 4Runner
5-year resale value: 64.4%
Motortrend says the Toyota 4Runner offers great value for an SUV. However, the lack of updates since 2010 may turn off some potential buyers.

5-year resale value: 65.3%
Since its design overhaul in 2020, the Corvette has continued to impress. It even received a few additional tech improvements in 2024.
But like other high-end sports cars, the Corvette can be difficult to get into and out of. It also has some issues with rear visibility.
4. Ford Bronco
5-year resale value: 65.4%
Another iconic car on this list is the Ford Bronco, which has returned to the market with updated styling based on the original design.
However, Car and Driver warns against expecting a luxurious feeling on the inside — it labels the interior as “more farmhand than fancy.”
2. Tesla Model X (tie)
5-year resale value: 66%
The Model X will definitely turn heads with its falcon-wing doors and panoramic windshield.
But those could also be downsides. Edmunds notes that the doors might be temperamental, and the windshield lets in a lot of heat.

5-year resale value: 66%
The Tacoma pickup truck is a great value compared to other pickups, according to Motortrend.
However, the publication notes that the interior is far from roomy.

Edmunds says the full-size Tundra pickup truck has great power and easy-to-use controls.
However, it could strain tight budgets at the pump as the model doesn’t offer great fuel economy.
