Karen Hieronymus is a seasoned copy editor and fact-checker with decades of experience across multiple verticals. She began her career in journalism, working as a reporter and photographer for several Long Island publications, including Times Beacon Record and Suffolk Life Newspaper, where she covered local government, education, and community stories.

She earned her B.A. in English and publishing studies from Hofstra University, where she developed the strong editorial foundation that continues to shape her work today.
